From us: a reply within 5 business days — a conversation if we are interested, a written response if not.

How we work

Turkish and written. Communication is mostly written + asynchronous. A meeting is our last resort.
Disciplined, but no bureaucracy. There’s a task list; no process fetishism.
Hybrid. At least 1 day a week in the office (İstanbul, Maslak); the rest is your preference.
Open-source first. Part of what you do is public — that’s both learning and reputation.
